Can I upgrade my Storage account by just paying $5 more?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there is currently no available plan that would only make you $5 more to upgrade. I checked your account and saw that you've reached your monthly submission limit. The next higher plan that you can get with a higher monthly submission limit is the Bronze plan. You can upgrade to that plan here.

Our system shows that you are currently subscribed to our monthly Storage plan. But you have crossed the monthly Submission limit. With the Storage plan, you can have an unlimited number of Total Submission Storage, but you can have 100 submissions per month. If you plan to receive more submissions this month, you need to upgrade your account to a higher plan, as my colleague suggested. You can check out our Pricing page for more information.
