API Call Limit error

    My team has encountered another issue with Jotform, which is very disappointing to me. She saved a draft while logged in, but when she returned to the draft (logged in with the same account), she was unable to fill out the form (as shown in the screen recording below).

    These recurring problems are significantly affecting my survey, which has only been active for one month

    Hi Nguyen,

    The user is getting an API Call Limit error. The Application Programming Interface or API is a way to retrieve and transfer data between different services. Jotform creates unique API keys for each service like widgets and integrations. For the Starter ( Free ) Plan, the limit is 1,000 requests per day. I've gone ahead and reset the API Call Limit. Can you have them try again?
