Ability to send an email at later date after the submission is edited

    Hi guys,

I was just wondering if we could create interactive web forms. So, for example, a client fills in their details, but we can edit it with them and send a final version at a later stage.

Is this possible? If not, is there a better solution to achieve something similar?

    Thank you

    Hello Jacques,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand your request but please give me some time to create a demo form and see if it's possible. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hello Jacques,

So here's what I've come up with. Let me show it's set up:

    1. Add a Get Form Page URL widget in the form.

    2. Go to the Autoresponder and untick the "When a submission is edited" under the Send Email Automatically, and set the "Send Email Later" at a later date, then Save.

    2. Add the Change Email Recipient Cnditions and set it up as follows:

I couldn't show you the Autoresponder sent to my test email yet because it is scheduled to be sent tomorrow, June 21. So far, you can try creating your form using the steps I've shown above to match your desired requirements of sending the edited email at a later period.

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
