How to create a reservation form with seat number

How can I create an Annual Dinner Reservation Form with Table No and Seat Number. Eg Table A (A-Z), Seat 1 (1-10) numbers reservation integrated.

We have 40 tables:

A to Z, A1 to ....

We have 10 seats per table

1 - 10

So typically, a seat will be named A1, A2, A3...........A10, followed by B1, B2......... and so on.

As seats and tables are booked, it should not be available to the new user to book.

FYI This is for a corporate annual dinner.

I understand that you would like to use the form for participants to register their own seat. You may consider to use Product List for this purpose. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element icon.
2. Drag-and-drop Product List to the form.
3. Click on Shopping Cart icon.
4. Select Pencil Icon for the product.
5. Go to Options section.
6. Add Product Options for Tables and Seats.
7. Go to Stock section now, choose Yes for Enable Stock Control and mark the quantity as 1.
8. Now, participants will be able to choose their desired seat.

In case you want to collect payment for the seat booking, you can also integrate with payment processors.

1. Click on Add Integrations button.
2. Choose payment gateway and click on Use Selection.
3. Follow instructions to complete the integration.
