Which form should I use

I am seeking to create a question sheet which I will answer as conduct my investigations. upon completion I am in search of an automated synopsis based on the question and answer

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that you would like to create a form for your investigation usage. After filling in the form, there will be an automated synopsis showing based on the question and answers. You may consider to use Conditional Logic based on your situation. Conditional Logic allows you to update a field such as text field based on an answer, for example, when the answer is A, synopsis #1 will be shown. If you choose B, synopsis #2 will be shown.
