Display a hyperlink on form

Hi I really appreciate your prompt responses. On my summer passport form, how do I drop in hyperlinks with directions in listed addresses?

For example here is link to Carousel directions

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add a Paragraph field to your form to add a hyperlink and also write the directions to your specified location. Here's how you can add a hyperlink to a Paragraph field:

1. After adding the Paragraph field to your form and click on its Pencil icon.
2. Click on the Chain icon/Insert or edit link.
3. Write down the URL, Text to display and Target.
4. Then click on the Ok button to save the hyperlink that you've just created.

After adding the hyperlink, you can then go ahead and write the directions. You can use the Paragraph fields Text Editor to customize the texts.
