I got an email saying I'm about to reach the Upload Space limit

You confirmed earlier today that my upgrade was done and that I was at 715mb- plenty of storage. Why this now??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The notice seen in your screenshot does not mean you've gone over the limit, is only a reminder that you're about the reach the 1GB Upload Space limit. Your account's current Upload Space usage is at 721.38 MB, it is close to the limit of 1024 MB, which us why the reminder email was triggered. Your upgraded did go through.
