    Would I need to upgrade my account in order to attach a domain?

    Hi Tosha,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you trying to use your own domain for your Jotform forms? If yes, it is only possible to use your own domain if you have an Enterprise plan. You can fill out the Jotform Enterprise Sales Contact Request form to inquire regarding the pricing.

    For regular Starter, Bronze, Silver, or Gold plans, you can create a custom form URL. However, the Jotform domain will still be included. The custom URLs have this format:

    https://form.jotform.com/{yourUsername}/{your-custom-url-slug}

    If that works for you, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of the page.
    2. Under Link to Share, select the Pencil icon next to your form’s link.
    3. Enter your desired URL slug, then select Apply.
    4. Click on the Copy Link button.
