Stripe: Embedded form returns a blank screen on submission

    Stripe payment failed  and after submission the screen goes bank. When I tested stripe on developer mode it work and when I tried live with just a $5 charge it failed and the screen goes blank.

    Hello Amit,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I also was unable to replicate the issue when I cloned your form. As seen in the screencast below, I was able to complete the payment and submit the form:

    Can you confirm whether the issue only occurs on the website where it's embedded, or the same issue happens when the form is submitted directly from its own URL? On the other hand, since the form has yet to receive submissions, can you try to switch to another payment gateway, and then switch back to Stripe? Let me walk you through how to switch to another payment processor:

    1. Go to the Payments tab of the Form Elements menu.
    2. Click the three dots beside Stripe.

    4. Choose a payment processor from the modal.

    Follow the same steps to switch back to Stripe.

    Thanks. I do not have any other payment gateway with my business account

    Hello Amit,

    You can try reconnecting the integration instead to refresh the connection. Here's how to do it:

    • Click on the wand icon to open the Integration panel on the right.
    • Click on the downward arrow and click Reconnect.
    • Connect it again and click on Continue.

    After that's done and you still have the same problem, can you send us a screenshot of the Console Report when the screen goes blank after submission? This guide will show you how to do that.
