Hi Crystal,
Yes, you can remove Jotform branding from your account. Let me show you how to do it:
1. In My Forms page, click on your Avatar icon on the upper right side of the page, and click on Settings.
2. Uncheck the checkbox for Show "Powered by Jotform" on my Forms.
Now, let's remove the Jotform branding from your email notification:
1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder email.3. Inside Email Content, remove the Jotform branding on the bottom part of the email.
4. Click on Save.
