hello, my online consent form is not updating. the last sync was in may. can you please assist me.
the from states i have new submissions, but when i click on the submissions it does not sync

Hi Yaidyt,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to the mobile app not syncing? Can you try updating your app to the latest version if you haven't done so yet? You can also try to sync your data so it will be consistent with the desktop version. Here's how to do it:
1. On the main page of the mobile app, click on the gear icon on the upper right of the screen.
2. On the next page, click on Sync Your Data.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
