Do you have any other plans? Our organization has our members renew once per year and we would only have about 100 submissions per year and not every month.

Unfortunately, the lowest submission limit that we do have is the starter plan. The starter plan is best for individuals or small teams just starting their data-collection journeys. The Starter plan includes all standard features, such as form templates, payment integrations, and widgets. This plan includes 100 monthly submissions, the good thing about this is plan is that it's free.

I looked at your 50% off for non-profits but wanted to double check something. The 50% off only applies when upgrading, which we would be - updating from the starter package, but sounds like after the first year the non profit 50% goes away. Is that correct?

If so, is there a program that you could recommend for us? Our members renew once a year so that $34 per month would be a lot when we would only be using the payment submission once per year.

No, it's a lifetime discount once you get approved for a non-profit pricing. The discount is also applicable both for monthly and yearly subscription period. You can apply for the non-profit discount on this page.
