What is the Pricing and functionality of Enterprise vs. Silver plan?

Would love to know what pricing looks like if we upgraded to Enterprise? We just want to be able to have a custom domain and possibly add one or two addt'l internal users.

On this page, you will also be able to compare the all the features between Silver and the Enterprise plan. For the Enterprise plan, you will need to fill out this form and our team will get back to you with the details. All of our plans' starter, Bronze, Silver and Gold is for a single user only except Enterprise plan. Enterprise also offers custom domains feature.
