How to change the email address of the Reply-To Email?

I paid to upgrade to the bronze plan thnking I'd have control over the email that appears in the 'from' section on form submissions, it's telling me to upgrade further?

I want to change the reply to email in form submissions. Id do not want jotforms to appear anywhere in the email notifications or communications.

You can change the email address of the Reply-To Email in the email notification settings. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder email.

3. Click on the Recipients tab, and enter the email address you want in the Reply-To Email field.
4. Click on Save.

I tried to change it. This is what still appears when I receive a submission:

If I understand correctly, you want to change the email address indicated on the "From" section of your email notification. Is that right? If so, then you should use an SMTP email address on your account as a sender for your email notifications. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's add an SMTP email address as a sender to your account:

1. In My Forms page, click on your Avatar icon on the upper right side of the page, and click on Settings.

2. Click on Add Sender Email.

3. Fill out the following needed information:

• Email Address: Enter your SMTP email address.
• Host Name: Enter your SMTP email provider's host name.
• Port: Enter your SMTP email provider's port number.
• Username: Enter your SMTP email address, or your username on the email provider's platform.
• Password: Enter your generated password on your email provider's platform.
• Security Protocol: Select the Security Protocol type of your SMTP email provider.

4. Click on Test Email, and if it works, click on Save Email.

Now, let's use that SMTP email address as a sender for your email notification:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
2. Click on the Pencil icon of your Autoresponder email.

3. Click on the Advanced tab, and select your SMTP email address in the Sender Email dropdown.
4. Click on Save.
