Also how do I get the code to copy and past it into my visual studio code?

Are you referring to your form's QR code? If yes, let me show you where to find it on your form, and how you can download it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish in the upper part of the page.
2. Under Quick Share, click on +View More under the Share Form section.
3. Select Share with QR Code, and click on the Download button if you want to download it.
4. If you need to embed the code to a page, you can click on the Copy Code button.
