Unable to connect Square Integration

    Hello,


    When I try to connect to Square, I get the window saying that I have connected, but it remains there for hours with nothing happening after...

    Hi Gavin,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have cloned your form and tested my sample Square integration form and I was able to connect to the SandBox/Test account. I suggest you switch to another payment gateway first, then connect your form again to Square. Let me show you how to do that:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element in the upper-left corner, and go to Payments.
    2. Click on the three vertical dots right beside Square, and select any other payment gateway.
    3. Switch it back to Square clicking on the three vertical dots beside the selected gateway, and click on OK.
    4. Connect to Square by clicking on the blue Connect button.

    I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
