How to move form elements?

I followed guide "How to Manage Multiple Fields" but I don't have move up or move down options

I know the problem: they have to be connected fields, you can not jump any fields.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that you can simply move the form fields by dragging, dropping, and shrinking them to your preferred position. Take a look at the screencast below:

1. In Form Builder, click on the field that you want to move.
2. Drag the field to your preferred position
