What's the best way to make my form?

I am creating a new hire packet with required paperwork. There are four forms that all need to be signed individually and three are required, leaving one optional. My question is should I make it one continuous form with four signatures or have them sign one, go to the next required form, to the next and then to the last? Looking for pros and cons so that this has an easy flow for the employees.

    Hi Angone,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The best way to do this would be to have just one continuous form with 4 pages containing the signature widget on each page. This would make it easier for the users, and also for you, to keep track of all the responses for the same user. Below, I created an example on what is the best and most practical way your form should look like.
