Unable to add a user

I upgraded to add another user and can't do it

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) are single-user accounts. Sharing login credentials with other people violates our Terms of Use. If you want to add a user, upgrading to Enterprise Plan is needed.

For Bronze Plan, features like Form Collaboration, Sharing Submission Tables, and Adding Assignees to your form are available. Let me show you how each of these work:

A. Form Collaboration - you can have multiple people to simultaneously work on a form. To share your form with your collaborators, here's how to do it:

• In Form Builder, click on Add Collaborators on the upper right side of your screen.
• Click on Copy Link to share it with your team.

Collaboration links expire. To generate a new one, just click on the refresh icon on the right side of the link.

B. Sharing Submission Tables - you can share your Tables with others to collaborate and manage your data. Here's how to do it:

• In Tables, click on Share on the upper right side of your screen.
• The Share Table window will pop up and you can now share your table through the Invitation Link option or Invite By Email option.

C. Adding Assignees - you can assign your forms to specific people and easily keep track of the submissions they send or collect. Here's how to do it:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish on the orange navigation bar.
• On the left side panel, click on Assign Form.
• You have two options to assign your form. You can share it via link or via email.
