We are filtering a report and want the filter info to be automatically entered in the title that says enter course number and title. Can I do this?

    Hi Susan,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain a bit more about your request, so I can get a better idea of how to help? The link you also included on this thread is also expired. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

We are creating reports for feedback on 34 courses. Each has a separate filter to narreow the report to that class only.

I have created a report template with the title page with a header element saying Student Evaluation Form and under that (sub-header) we would like to auto populate the name of the class and instructor from the filter applied .

Right now we are typing in the name, etc manually. Is there a way we can automate that based on the filter?

    Hi Susan,

Just to make sure I understood correctly, are you referring to auto-populating the sub-header with the course title as you see on the screenshot below:

Report Builder: Auto populate the Sub header Image 1 Screenshot 20

If so, unfortunately, it's currently not possible at the moment. If you wish, we could forward this to our developers as a feature request.

But, if you're referring to something else, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
