How to make the "What's New" "pop up" stop popping up everytime I open my "Ad Form"?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll do my best to help you. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. The updates you get is only when open the Jotform Table first time however, when you open the same Jotform table second time you won't see the pop-up update. Unfortunately, there isn't a function to turn off the new update. But, you can certainly give your valuable feedback using the feedback button. Let me share the screenshot below:
