Guest Account: Requesting to cancel the account

    Hi, went into is by mistake and do not wish to use it.

    Do not want to use the free trial

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I saw that the email address that you're using to create this ticket isn't associated with any accounts. Can you verify which email address is associated with the account you are referring to?

    Hi Paul,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked and found that the email pjohnstone@mowden.co.uk associated with the account is currently set up as Guest. Guest accounts are temporary and require only one login. You will not be able to get a password reset email for your email account. You can create a free account using the same email address as you used for your Guest account. To create a new account, you can go to this link and register using the same email address.

    Hi

    So as a guest account , if i do nothing then it will not generate an account or anything. presumably you would close it down at some stage ?

    I do not want to create an account to then cancel it. this would seem silly.

    Hi Paul,

    We can delete this guest account that you created once we have your permission. If you need to use Jotform again, you can create your account at this link using the same or a different email address.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
