In the example you’ve shared, there are many choices clicked. I’d like to limit each section to one selection - how can I do that?

    Hi Lawrence,

We don’t currently offer live phone support. If you have any questions, just reply to this thread, or you can create a forum thread from the Contact US page. We’ll be happy to help. I see you already added another Form Calculation widget, which is visible on the form, so you can see the changes. As for limiting the selections, I'd normally recommend using the Single Choice element instead of the Multiple Choice element, but since your form already has submissions, here's how to limit the selection to one:

    1. Click the Gear icon on a Multiple Choice field.
    2. Go to the Surveying tab on the right menu.Multiple Choice: How to limit selection to one? Image 1 Screenshot 30
    3. Enable the Entry Limit feature.
    4. Enter 1 into the Maximum field.Multiple Choice: How to limit selection to one? Image 2 Screenshot 41

Let us know if you need any more help.

I also entered “1” into the minimum box - will that affect anything or should I remove it?

    Hi Lawrence,

Since you set the Maximum entry limit to 1 even if you set the minimum limit to 0 or 1 it will still be 1 entry limit.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
