Disabled Form: Collecting PII

    Hello,

    I am a MSP provider looking from help with a existing client.

    They plan to move to the paid business model soon but wanted to speak with you all about features.

    One hang up we are seeing is with a form that is locked. (Natura New Customer Account Setup Form )

    This form I let her know needs to be encrypted or it will be flagged for many reasons as they are collect tax info to automate sales orders.

    Please let us know how to remove the lock from this area.

    We were told moving the data from one form to another would work but we are hesitant due to the lock.

    Also is there a way to handle sensitive data like this in your forms ?

    Without causing lock or rejection?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The form has been temporarily disabled due to the collection of sensitive data, such as Personal ID Information. Our top priority is to ensure the security and privacy of all our users. Also, the account owner should receive an email about filling out a questionnaire to verify their organization. Could you confirm if they've already submitted the questionnaire so we can make a follow-up? After our team has verified this, we will enable the form, and you should be able to continue it.

    Hi Neil,

    So full transparency we are switching people and roles.

    Our intern made this and we are going to switch the account to a fulltime employee.

    Should we provide the full time employee info or both.

    When speaking with the sales rep we said this was fine.

    Hi Alex,

    Can you check if the owner of the account received an "Action Required: Need to verify your Jotform Account" email notification on their email account? Please also check if the email landed on the Junk/Spam folder.

    Can you please confirm if the form owner has replied to the email my colleague was referring to? If you have already replied to that email, please give it a some time.
