Zapier: Resubmission Not Working and push submissions to PipeDrive

    I have a rather lengthy form connected to Zapier that takes the information and places it into Pipedrive.

    We had an issue with Zapier last week that caused the submitted reports not to be processed. We've since resolved the issues, but now we've got 10 submissions that we need to "resubmit," so Zapier will pick them up and push them into Pipedrive.

    I followed various other help articles about "resubmitting" using the edit entry option. However, when I click submit after editing the entry, the data does not appear to be resubmitted. I even tried making a change to the form and submitting it; it still doesn't seem to work.

    Please advise how I can resubmit these 10 particular entries.

    Hi Krista_Tice,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want to resubmit the submissions, you need to edit it using the Edit Entry. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click the Three dots icon.
    2. Click the submission you want to edit and submit the form. Make sure to edit some entries so it will trigger the Zap.

    If the entries are not pushed into your PipeDrive account. I recommend asking the users to resubmit the form again or manually add them to your PipeDrive account since the only option to trigger resubmission is through the Edit Entry option.

    I've tried to do as you recommended multiple times, and after clicking the "submit," nothing happens. The record IS NOT submitted again. It has the same result whether I make a change to the record or not.

    Hi Krista_Tice,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, I was able to send the submission data to the Pipedrive platform using the Zapier integration. I tried resubmitting the form to trigger Zapier integration, but it didn't work because Zapier will only get triggered when there is a new submission in Jotform, and resubmission is not a new submission. That's why it's not sending the data to Pipedrive. Check out the screencast below:

    As you can see, I tried resubmitting the submitted data, but it didn't send it to Pipedrive. The only way for us to send submissions to Pipedrive is to submit those data as new submissions again.
