Unable to past the signature part to submit the form

Can you review this form for errors. I have a client that cannot seem to get past the signature part to submit. It keeps getting hung up.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulties with the signature field on your form. To fix this, please clear your form caches by following this guide and suggest that the form filler try submitting the form using another browser

Also, I cloned and tested the form, and the signature field was working properly. Please look at the following screencast.

If the user is still having difficulties getting past the signature field, could you please share a screenshot or screen recording showing the console report when the user experiences the difficulties? This will provide us with valuable information to identify the root cause and work towards a swift resolution.
