Hello,

Our school board has a subscription for Canva. We are part of the School Council for the school board and we were wondering if we could join our board's subscription. We would like it to use it to send out one-time survey (one survey per year) to our 600 parent's in the school. Thank you

I have sent multiple messages. I would like to talk to someone by phone please. I can not sign in nor are we getting our jot forms by email. The form is being sent to and that is no longer a good email. We want them sent to This has been an issue for two weeks. Can someone call me to resolve this?

Now, going back to your question, Can you please confirm is this is the email address Shawnbrandi2@yahoo.com you've use when signing in to Jotform? If so I checked the email address associated with this account Shawnbrandi2@yahoo.com and it show to be in our Bounce List. I've gone ahead and removed the email as Bounce Listed. Can you please try again signing in to Jotform to see if it makes any different?

If you're referring to a different email address, can you please share it with us so we can look into it?

I got the test email.  Yes that part works.  So now all of our jotforms will come directly to Shawnbrandi2@yahoo.com?  That is the one we want it to come to.

Our system indicates that there are no forms under the account associated with shawnbrandi2@yahoo.com. Can you clarify exactly what you're trying to do? If you'd like to set the recipient email address for your form's notification email, we can do that through the Form Builder. Let me show you how to do that:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
4. Then, under the Recipients tab, indicate the email address you'd like to receive your notification email and click Save.
