Unable to change email address

    Hi I’m trying to change my email address as I typed it in wrong, when I edit it it asks me to verify it, so I do and when I verify it - it says access denied.

    please can you help?

    Hi Imogen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that this error usually appears when you are not logging in to your account. Make sure that you are signed in to your account when changing your account email. Let me show you how:

    • Go to your Account Profile.
    • Under the Email section, click on the Edit button.

    • You can enter your new email address in the text field that appears.

    • Next, click on Save to save your changes. Once you have done that you will receive a confirmation email to your old email address to confirm the change. It should look like this:

    • After clicking on Verify Now you will receive an email to your new email address to confirm the change on both sides. Here is how that would look:
