How to change how the thank you page looks like?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. If you want your Thank You page to look exactly like the screenshot you shared, you'll need to customize or turn off the conditions that change the Thank You page in your form. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Open your Form Builder and click on Settings in the orange tabs.
2. Choose Conditions from the options on the left.
3. Click Select All and then click the Disable button to turn off these conditions.
