What is the "connector" to use Jotform with Power Automate? Can it be used without Jotform enterprise?

We're trying to understand if the connector to use Jotform with PowerAutomate is available for Jotform standard/free version. In case the answer is positive, should we buy the connector or do we need a licence for the users we want to activate?
