Dear Jotform Team,
We have a form called Referral Form For Partnering Organisations with 4 tabs within the form however our team logging in with care@carechamp is unable to view the tabs Target List and Meeting Notes,please see below picture (the two tabs has a lock on it) and therefor team is unable to view or edit the tab.
We have team members that log in with lauren@carechamp and Siddeeqa@carechamp who is able to view and edit within the tabs.
Your prompt assistance would be highly appreciated. -

Thanks for your patience. I checked the table, and I'm able to access the Target List and Meeting Notes tabs.
Can you try revoking the permission of the affected user, and then send him an invitation again?
- In the Tables page, click the Share button on the top-right part of the page.
- In the window that will pop out, click the shared users list.
- Next, select the affected user and then revoke his access to the table.
- After that, send him an invitation again to access the table.
Give it a try and let us know if he's still unable to access the two tabs.
