Hi Support,
I am taking over a jotform account from previous employee but having struggles with changing the email address. When the new email address is entered I get a message saying "this email address is already associated with a jotform account".
Please assist.

Hi Nathan,
It looks like the email address nathan@fs-systems.co.za was used as an assignee to a form, making its presence as a valid Jotform account. I've completely free-up the email, you should be able to use it now to your account.

You should be able to change your account's email to nathans@fs-systems.co.za now.
