We have identified that when the end user is trying to upload a Word document that has an "!" at the start of it or possibly in the name it will upload but then you are met with this error (see screenshot).

    Hi schoolsportvictoria,

I cloned and tested your form and had the same issue, so I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.

Although we don't know exactly when the issue will be fixed, we’ll circle back to this thread when we have an update.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

To avoid confusion, I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here.

    Hi schoolsportvictoria,

We heard back from our developers and can confirm that using the "!" is considered an illegal filename character. That's why it's not being processed when a file starting with an exclamation point is submitted. To prevent this from happening, you may consider using the paragraph element to leave a note for your users asking them to rename the files first before submitting them. Thanks for your understanding.

Let us know if you need any help.
