How to Track Form Submissions on Microsoft Advertising (Bing)

Hello,

We want to send paid traffic from our Microsoft Advertising Account (Bing) to a Jotform form but we need to track submissions.

I see articles to do this with Google Ads but not Microsoft Ads.

Please let me know the steps for tracking submissions via Microsoft Ads.
