Hello,
I'm testing on form "Test!! Clone of Bogong Village Bus service"
I would like to user can book 1 appointment per calendar day.
I've set Maximum Appointment Per Day: 1
I had a test, if I book at 5:00PM on 19 June.
Next booking, 19 June will be grey out on the calendar. This is what I wanted.
But on 20 June, before 5:00PM, I can't make a booking as well with the following error.
After 5:00PM, on 20 June, I can make a booking.
So it seems "Maximum Appointment Per Day: 1" means 24 hours from last booking,
is that correct understanding?
I would like to set, any time user can book but only 1 booking per day (per calendar day, (not 24 hours)), is it possible to set it?

Hi gokojima
I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Hi gokojima
Yes, the maximum appointment per day means 24 hours from last booking, You can change the set the duration of the appointment slot to 23 hrs and 59 minutes or 1439 minutes Then set the interval from 12 midnight to 11:59 PM. This way the form submitter will be able to select the same time next day. Here is the screenshot:
The only drawback is there will be only one time due to the interval. Or you can add multiple ticket purchase widgets with date as the widget name and time as the options. Doing that is easy. Let me show you how:
- In the form builder, click on add more element and click on Ticket Purchase widget from the widgets tab.
- Click on the gear icon and change the field label to the current date.
- Now click on the magic wand icon to change the options name and available quantity.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
