Can a Jotform be re-used

Hi, can you advise if a JOT form be re-used over and over again.

I am looking at a logging system for our training and I thought JOT form would be good to use, but we need it to used again and again each week using the same fields and submitted each time so records can be kept.

Can you please let me know how that can be achieved that would be great.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can use the form you created as many as you like. You can also view the submissions to the form by following the guide below:

• On your My Forms page, choose your form and click on Submissions at the top of the page.

• This will take you to Jotform Tables, where you can see a list of all of your submissions.
