What if a payment doesn't seem to go through?

Hi! I'm using jot form to do sign ups for the basketball camps I do. I use square as the payments and I've had no problem with it in the past. But I had someone sign up for the camp and I normally get a jot form notification and a square one at the same time, I checked my square account and I wasn't seeing anything. Please let me know what you would suggest I might do.
