Hi there,
We are currently running a competition for Sussan with Jotform collecting our entries per this competition form: https://www.sussan.com.au/the-ultimate-getaway-competition?sc_src=email_5111589&sc_lid=505036008&sc_uid=vTY29606CC&sc_llid=246112&sc_eh=84987063a3cf73df1&utm_source=email&utm_campaign=18062024_Luxury_Escapes_VIP_Comp&utm_medium=Sussan+Newsletter&utm_term=2024-06-18+09%3A00%3A00&utm_content=Based on the performance of past competitions, we estimated that 10,000 entries would be suitable for our competition; however, in the first day we have already reached 5,000 submissions and the competition is scheduled to run for two weeks.
The contact on our team Andrew Hui who has the login information to Jotform is away on leave until Monday 24, June 2024. In his absence, can we please get some assistance in increasing the capacity for submissions?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It looks like your form on the webpage is associated with a Gold plan account. This plan allows you to receive up to 10,000 submissions every cycle/month. You can find more details about plan limits on our Pricing page.
If you want to access your form, you can reset your password for the account associated with the email address: a*d*e*.h*i@s*s*a*g*o*p.com.au. We have a guide available to help you reset your password here.
If you don't have access to the email address associated with your account, and want to update it to a different one, please provide us with:
- Your new email address
- The last four digits of the payment method used for your subscription
This information will help us confirm your identity as the form owner and help us update your account's email address.
