    Hello Angelica,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that there is no specific plan to which you can subscribe in order to build forms and use some of the Jotform Features. Each of our plans has a different form limit, so if your current Starter plan limit is not enough, you can try upgrading to a higher plan with higher form limit allocations. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

In line with our PCI certification, we have to deny the collection of credit card details using regular fields on your forms. But, we have other PCI-compliant ways to do this. All you need to do is choose one of the payment processors available on our platform and integrate it into your form. You still won't be able to collect credit card details directly, though. Collecting payments via Jotform is very easy, all you have to do is create a form and integrate it with one of the 40+ Payment Gateways that Jotform provides. Let me show you how to create a form and set up a Payment Integration:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Create Form, and then select Start From Scratch.
    2. Now, select Classic Form, and once your form is created, click on the Add Form Element menu on the top-left side of the page.
    3. Add the fields that you want to have on your form, and then go to the Payments tab.
    4. Select a Payment Gateway, and then click on Connect in the menu on the right side of the screen.

If you only want to collect your customer's payment details and charge them at a later date, you can take advantage of our Payment Authorization feature. Your question was asked and answered by another agent on a different thread. You can check that out here to see our reply.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.
