Missing information on completed forms

It has just been bought to my attention that there is some vital information not transfering from the moment of filling out the certificate to the completed item. It's there as you're adding in the details but once you hit "submit" it is omitted from the completed certificate and thus makes the certificate invalid. In edit mode I can highlight the text and tick the box assigned to it but that seems it. I have noticed the text I'm concerned about is not as bold as the other text. It's normal darkness but the other text is darker colour (bold). Is this the problem? How do I ensure this information is captured once the submit button is pressed?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue, but there are no missing submission data on the submission. Can you let us know what specific field values are missing upon submission? Provide the submission ID of the submission that has an issue. Also, take a screenshot of the button that you're referring to and include it in your reply.

AHAAARRR!! MY FRIEND YOU FOUND THE PROBLEM. LOL. When I went looking for the submission id. I found the other settings. I ticked all boxes and got the option to then download as a new document and not only did I get what I was aiming for but my logo was included in full colour. Thank you so much. I'm very happy.
