Jotform Account: Unable to login to due to verification issue

    I'm having trouble logging into my account due to an email verification issue, even though I've used my account before.

    Hello Christopher,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you're having issues logging in because of a verification issue. Could you please confirm the email address you are attempting to use to log in to your Jotform account? 

    Currently, you are logged in to a Jotform account linked to this email address cha**enmck**ney1@gm*il.com. I just checked our email logs and verified if an email was sent here, but there wasn't either. If in any case, your mailbox will block emails from our domain, can you try to add noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to your mailbox contact list? This will prevent your email domain from blocking emails from Jotform. Also, please check your mailbox spam and other folders as this sometimes is the issue.

    Hi Mary,

    The email I am attempting to login under is cmckinney@endyna.com

    Also, I've checked my spam folder and I have not received a Jot Form verification message.

    Hi Christopher,

    Your email was on our bounce list, which is why you didn't receive the verification email. I've removed it and resent the verification email.
