tried adding the paypal link to my jotform on a laptop computer as support suggested! It still is not showing on the form
PLEASE HELP! THE FORM IS NOT ALLOWING THE PAYPAL LINK TO SHOW ANYMORE!

Hi Stacey,
I believe you're referring to the You Got Yard Carded Yard Card Booking Form. When I tested the form, it seems that there's an error with the PayPal connecting.
Most of the time, this can be fixed by disconnecting your PayPal account from the form, and reconnecting it again. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Product List and on the Wand icon next to it.
- Next, click on the Gear icon on the top right corner of the page.
- Click on the downward arrow next to the Connected button, and select Disconnect.
- After disconnecting it, click on the Connect button, and authenticate with your PayPal account again.
I've also cleared your form's cache which should help.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

It didn’t work. There isn’t a disconnect button, only a reconnect button. PayPal is connected however it doesn’t show as having a way to pay once my client goes to checkout. The link doesn’t reappear. Can someone please solve this issue.

Hi Stacey,
I checked your form, You Got Yard Carded Yard Card Booking Form. For some reason, the Payment Methods section that's supposed to be added in your form when you add the PayPal payment field can't be found on your form. This is the reason the field yield an error. Check out the screenshot below showing the error message:
To fix it, please delete the PayPal payment field in your form, then add a new one. Don't worry about the products, they would be automatically recreated. Reconnect your PayPal account after that. Check out the screencast below for how to do it:

Finally!!! That’s what I was saying. I wanted to do that but my concern was having to recreate all of my products again! thank you so much. I will try it when I’m able to get on my computer and let you know how it goes! Thanks a bunch!
