How do I get rid of the "Exit Kiosk Mode" button on the Thank You screen?

Hi, when running on an iPad in kiosk mode, the Thank You screen has 2 buttons: Refresh Form and Exit Kiosk Mode. I would like both of those to go away. How do I do that? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, at the moment it is not possible to remove the Kiosk mode from the Thank you page. But, you can shorten the time those options are displayed to 2 seconds. You can check out this link for more information.

So, you're saying that every single person who enters data on the iPad could potentially take it out of Kiosk mode by just clicking a button? That seems horrible and is absolutely unusable for our needs. We're using the iPad at a music festival and it won't be always attended. If some random person exited kiosk mode that would be a huge security risk as they would have access to everything on the iPad! The Thank You screen should not have ANY buttons! If that's not possible, then I would like to cancel my subscription and get my money back. Thanks.

Actually, they would not have access to everything on the iPad since I have the iPad in Guided Access kiosk mode, but they would have access to everything in Jotform, which is still completely unacceptable. It make Jotform unusable as a stand-alone form system. So unless that button can be removed from the Thank You screen, or I can not show the Thank You screen at all, then I want to cancel my subscription immediately.

You can't disable the "Exit Kiosk Mode" button from the Thank You page. However, you can set a Kiosk Lock on your app. In this way, the users will not be able to exit the Kiosk Mode of the form without entering the correct PIN. Let me show you how:

1. In the Jotform Mobile App, tap on the form.
2. Select Kiosk Mode from the options.
3. Tap Kiosk Lock and Toggle on the button.
4. Setup your PIN and tap Set Password.

Thanks, but that's still unacceptable. If someone clicks the Exit Kiosk Mode button and then gets into that page while the iPad is not attended, it leaves the iPad in a horrible place for the next person and we'll lose submissions. The Thank You page should appear for a set number of seconds and then it should just go back to the form. Any other behavior is wrong for a kiosk. Please let me know how to request a refund. Thank you.
