Yes I saw the pricing. I have questions about the form limit and if the monthly submissions is referring to the forms filled out

You're right, every instance that a form is submitted, it's counted as a submission. Each plan has a corresponding Monthly Submissions Limit. As for the Form Limit, it refers to the limit to the number of forms an account can create, or the number of active forms an account can have.
