Add a Drop down field with prices

Working on a form with a drop down menu. One of the choices on the drop down menu has a fee. How do I get it to show-up as a product selection with a fee? Have HA design ad $25 needs to add to their charge. Does this make sense? Also is there a way to split the payment where they would pay half in August and the other half in January?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it seems that you have added a Product List already. Unfortunately, you cannot add the additional cost on the dropdown field, since you are now getting the products on your Product List. An alternative that you can do is to add the options in a product and group them in a category. Check out the image below:

You can also check my cloned form as a reference. Let me know if this works for you, so I can help you with setting this up. Also, you cannot be able to charge your customers on split payment because you selected to Sell Products as Payment Type. You can only split payments if users will pay on subscription basis.
