Hi, I'm looking migrate over to Jot Form for a job application form that is completely multiple times a day by applicants. It'll likely be a pro plan.

One of the forms I have is about 100 questions long with 4 choices to pick from as part of the response. The choice matrix works well for this.

However, I have a question regarding logic.

I have around 10-15 questions that ask whether someone has worked in a certain field for example "Have you worked in IT?"

If they answer yes to this I want to know ask additional questions like "How long have you worked in IT", "Where were you based?", "What was the name of your employer" etc etc.

I can do this with conditional logic where these questions only appear if they answer yes to the original question but this then makes the form far too long for them to complete.

My preference would be that if they answer yes to 10-15 of these questions then after they have submitted the form they'll be sent another form requesting further information such as the questions mentioned above.

I can see in logic that you can have multiple routes for ending which is great.

I can also see that the ending type has the option of a page whereby they get a completion message, option for redirect or option for new form.

If one of the ending logics is routed to new form. Will the initial form still be submitted? Or would they have to complete the new form as well before it is submitted?

I've found a solution, how do I delete this?

    Hi Joel,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you set a condition that redirects the users to another form based on their answers to 15 questions, the initial form is already submitted even if the users will complete the next form or not. You may review our guide on How to Change the Thank You Page URL Conditionally.
