Silver Plan: Detailed information about features

Hello, I would like to speak with someone so I could better understand the features that you offer for your silver plan. For example, what do you mean by:

1 user per team

100,000 monthly form views

just explain line by line what each feature means and also a price breakdown for an education based institution for the yearly cost.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The one user per team pertains to accounts with Standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold). They are only allowed to be used by 1 user. The account is a single-user login only and cannot be used on multiple devices and/or locations at the same time. Also, the monthly form views mean each time the form is loaded and shown on the browser counts as a view, sometimes known as impressions. Under the Silver plan, we offer 100,000 form views per month. This means all forms combined in your account can be viewed 100,000 times. There are a lot more perks that you can enjoy with the Silver Plan. If you also want to avail our Education discount, we actually have that for you. The Education Discount is available to non-profit schools. All education users must fill out Jotform's application to apply for the 50-percent discount.
