Starter Plan submission limit

I'm currently on the free plan so once I receive 500 submissions, can I then delete them and get more on the free plan?

Hi Andi,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. For the Starter Plan, you can receive a total of 500 submissions on your form. Once you've reached the maximum, you can delete submissions to free up and accept more. But, keep in mind that you can only receive 100 submissions every month from all your forms. The 500 submissions limit is the total of submissions you can store in your account.
