Hi Jotform!
1- One of our staff has a strange behavior for the URL field that contains Jotform's Signature and Files URLs in Salesforce. Instead of taking her to the link of the URL -
It is adding a https://www.jotform.com/login/?rp= at the beginning.
So when she clicks on the URL it goes to: https://www.jotform.com/login/?rp=https://www.jotform.com/uploads/ElderHelpofSanDiego/241317981963162/5945440884407276711/computer%20pic.jpg
Which takes her to the Jotform Login and fails.
Have you heard of this before? Any idea what might cause this?
2 - This isn't just Jotform specific, but since your file and signature feature is limited to just the URL, perhaps you have a solution for this. Is there a way to force a User's browser to only open the Jotform URL signature in a separate window and not download the file locally?
We don't want sensitive documents to be saved to a user's computer, just viewed in a browser.
Thanks!

Hi ElderHelpofSanDiego,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked your account and your privacy setting is enabled for Require log-in to view uploaded files. That is the reason your staff is not directed to the file. Let me show you how to disable:
- Log in to your account, at the upper right of the page click your profile icon and then select settings.
- Click Security on the left panel.
- Under Privacy, uncheck the box for Require log-in to view uploaded files.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
