Which plan allows the use of loan-related form templates?

I am building a website for an auto dealer. They need a pre-qualifying loan form and I need to know what price package do we need for this loan business form you have.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm assuming you're referring to the form templates. You don't need to have a paid account to use any of our templates, you can click here to see the Loan Application Form templates in our gallery, or you can also create your own form from scratch.

On the other hand, keep in mind that we only allow legitimate businesses to create forms that offer loaning services, I recommend signing up for a Jotform account using an email address with a company or a private domain to keep your account from getting suspended.
